So after finally getting better, I decided that today was going to be the day that the super skinny me mission was starting, as I lost a few pounds while I was poorly.
So this afternoon, Baba and I got ready with the added help of my mum, as she wants to lose a bit of weight as well, and we took T (the dog) for a half hour walk. We then dropped T off, and walked down to town and back up again, for about an hour. So that was a good hour and a half walk. Which I was really impressed with, as I haven’t really done any exercise for months now, with my leg playing up again.
While we were down town I decided to be brave and I went to a certain pharmacy and got on the weighing machine. Oh my god I nearly fainted. I knew I had a lot of weight to lose, but now I have the full facts and figures, it is worse than I first thought. Without going into too much detail for me to be at an ideal weight I need to lose, three and half stone and I need to get my body fat percentage down as well, at the moment it is 43.5% argh! So there is a lot of work to do. But I am ready to do it now.
I brought a little notepad, to put in all the weight slips that I am going to get, on a weekly basis, so that then I can visually see what weight I am losing. I am also using the book, to write down what I have eaten and what exercise I have done, so that I can see how I am improving.
I feel like I am on the right track so hopefully I shall start losing some weight soon. Tomorrow I will start with the Wii Fit as well!
