Well Nikkii has been really good and written up her plan of how she is attempting to lose her weight, you can view it here The Plan
Mine is not as elaborate as that, not at the moment anyway.
I can’t diet, as soon as I say I am going on a diet, I work the diet so that I can eat what I want which is still rubbish. When I was on Weight Watchers, I would starve all day and save my points so that I could have my chocolate at the end of the day. So this time I have decided to stay clear of this.
My plan is simple. I am going to eat three meals a day. I am not going to snack on chocolate throughout the day (and be the main food consumption of the day), I am not cutting anything out but I am going to try everything in moderation. The big thing is that I am going to exercise.
Now these may not sound like massive changes but in the last couple of weeks I have lived off chocolate, I have not eaten breakfast or lunch, but have snacked throughout the day. I am lying, in the last year and a half I have done this, and I have not done any exercise. I have tried my hardest not to walk the dog and have generally just sat at the computer or watched tv.
When I say three meals a day I am working on actually making as many of these, as possible including my fruit and veg, and actually trying to provide better meals. I have enough cook books to do this, and this weekend I even made some soup. For those of you that know me, know that is a big deal.
I am also going to try to drink more, I have never drank enough so I am really going to push this. I have brought my bottle and it will be filled a couple of times a day I can assure you!
I will now be the mad lady, walking down the road, with the dog and child all trying to walk. I want to do this once a day, and I will be doing some work on my Wii Fit and dusting out the workout DVD’s that I have and be using these occasionally.
If nothing happens with this then I will be working harder on the food, but at the moment this is my plan.
Till next week lets see how we go!

Have you watched Stephen Fry disappear before our eyes? He walks – just walks. No dieting, no fancy work-outs and no expense. He plugs himself into an audio-book on his iPod and walks.
I have vague ambitions to do the Moonwalk or maybe even run the Race for Life. At the moment I reckon I’d injure myself if I bounced anything on purpose… but I think I could walk 🙂
Now all I need is an iPod (hahaha!)
I completely missed the opportunity to walk everything off when Paul was little and would sit in a pram, now I need to walk on my own if I hope to get up any speed. That gorgeous dog of yours should get you up an going – how can you say no to that face?
Onwards and downwards!
