Who am I?

I am mum to Baba

I am other half of Mr L

I am a dog owner

I am a sister

I am a daughter

I am a grand-daughter

I am an auntie

I am a niece

I am a friend

I am a business owner

I am a writer

I am a cleaner

I am an organiser

I am our homes finance advisor

I am the house designer

I am the one you can talk too

I am the one that will listen

I am the quiet one

I am the loyal one

I am a carer

I am loved

And I love those around me

I am me!

This poem was inspired by Josie Writing Workshop

I chose to do prompt number 1. Introduce to us all the different facets of yourself. How many different ‘you’s’ are there?
– Inspired by Kelly’s beautiful post ‘The separate people living under my skin’

This was great – so true. I also love the way you have laid out the words to form a pattern going in and out. Very pleasing to the eye.

    You are lovely!

I think it is a quintessential woman thing – to juggle all these aspects of ourselves. We are super women! I bet men wouldn’t what to do with all these ‘me’s’ 😉
