The Gallery – Holidays

A long time ago, when we were smaller, had no commitments, no children, no baby fat, no dog, no massive mortgage to pay. Mr L and I went away.

Off we went to Egypt. It was lovely. One of the best holidays I have ever had! (If you don’t include the booze fest of 18-30’s holiday with four of my bestest friends at 18 years of age! I would have put pictures up of that holiday, however, they are either too rude I can’t remember why or where they were taken or I look frightfully hung over!) So instead you are getting the more subdued but highly lovely romantic holiday of Mr L and I. Actually the only foreign holiday we have ever been on!

How young, tanned, blonde, stress free, and skinny do I look? I like this photo a lot yeah!

Our hotel had its own personal beach on it, with its own bar, just like Cocktail! Was so impressed by that. There was also an Indian restaurant on the beach and we went to eat there, oh it was gorgeous walking along the beach at night was amazing!

But one of the highlights of the holiday was this….

We were supposed to be going on a boat trip this day, but Mr L was poorly so instead we decided to go and watch the dolphins. It was just truly amazing. I love dolphins and have always wanted to swim with them, which I didn’t do but just seeing them so close was enough at the time!

It was a great holiday and one that I wont forget for a long time.
