Weight Loss

So I am still battling with my weight I think it is a battle that will be ongoing forever now!

I went to get weighed last night and I had put on a pound. I have to say I wasn’t surprised I didn’t go last week as I was out, and Mr L and I have been very bad with eating recently. We have had a lot of takeaways, and have generally fallen into bad habits again. Eating chocolate, having quick unhealthy food.

We haven’t spent more than one night or one day in our house for two weeks, and it has meant that we have gone for the easiest option instead of the healthy option.

Now I am not making excuses I am just putting down the facts.

I have also stopped exercising. The dog walks have gone to a minimum, and I have just been a bit lazy really. So all of this has meant that I have gone back to only lost 11lbs, which is rubbish.

This week it is going to change, I am going to start walking the dog again, and start eating better again. Making our lunches rather than buying them in. I am sitting here, with my slimming world book and deciding what we are going to eat for the rest of the week. I am going to be more focussed this week and make a real effort. I still have over 2 stone to lose and I would really like it off by the end of this year.

I am hoping that we have got out of this blip of just eating and can get back on track with the diet now!

    Good luck. Don’t beat yourself up for getting back into those habits, change them again and crack back into it. 11lb’s is really good, it proves you can do it!

    I also know this struggle, it is so hard to combat weight especially when time to cook is a rarity, I wondered if you wanted to look at my blog, I have just started blogging about weight loss with the help of some other mum’s The Big Momma Challenge, you may like to join and get some ideas and support.
