Weight Loss Update

So here is another update on my weight loss, I haven’t done it for a while as I didn’t go and get weighed last week.

Last night I got weighed and had lost a pound and a half, meaning that I am now at the lowest weight I have been since having Baba at 12st 10lbs, I have half a pound to lose to get a stone and then 5lbs to lose to get my Club 10 award. Meaning that I have lost 10% of my body weight.

So this morning I am feeling pretty good about myself. I feel that I am now getting back on track. The plan this week is to dust the Wii Fit off and get on that and increase my exercising. So hopefully my weight loss will increase. I also brought the Slimming World magazine to try to get some new inspiration for food, and there were some lovely things in there so will be cooking lots this week.

I have a mini target of 6lbs loss before my holiday, which is three weeks away so easily achievable, I just need to lose two a week up to then. So wish me luck. I shall keep you posted!

      Thank you was really pleased last night just need to do the six then I will be happy, then heading to the next stone which will be great as then only one more to lose to get to what I was! Taken a long time but will get there, although Mr L told me last night that I will get there and then we will have another baby was grateful for that! xx

    That’s fantastic! I’ve just started Weight Watchers and am working towards my 5% goal. Just posted about it tonight in fact.
    I weighed myself on the Wii Fit and have put on 2 stone since having my daughter in 2008. Not good!
