Fitness Friday Week One!

So it’s that time of the year again. The one were you start to think about losing weight! Monkeying Around has developed a meme that we can all join in every friday called Fitness Friday!

The thing about this little cyber group support is that everyone can do their own thing we are just there to support one another that is it. By keeping up with the weekly posts and chatting on the BECKICKLESIE Forum we can all help one another to get to where we want to be.
 
But first the introduction and the deadly admission of what I actually weigh!

Starting Weight: 13 stone 12lb/88.4kg/B.M.I. 31.7/Body Fat 48.6% (Hideous I know oh my god that is what I thought)
Target Weight:  9 stone 12lbs
Amount Lost: N/A
Amount to Lose: 4 stone
Dress Size: 16 sometimes an 18!
Target Dress Size: 12 at least!
 
My Favourite Baddies: Chocolate, Coke and Cake doesn’t matter what form any of them will do. But am partial to a Chocolate Orange!
  
My Favourite Goodies: Chicken, Couscous, Salad!
 
Why I want to lose weight:
 
I want to be healthy, for me and because I am Baba’s mummy! In recent years, my dad has become more and more unhealthy and I don’t want that to happen to me.
 
I no longer want to hate myself, to look at myself and want to cry. I want to be happy about being in pictures I want the clothes that are in my wardrobe to fit, not to have to wear them all with their top buttons open. I want to be happy to put a swimming costume on and take Baba swimming. I want to feel sexy, not drab and feeling like I am sixty before I am even thirty. Which is only a couple of weeks away.
 
I just want to be happy in myself and in the body I am carrying at the moment I am not happy!
  
My Fitness and Diet Plan:
 
I have the Wii Fit and I am going to use it, I also have numerous fitness DVD’s that I am going to give a go and see which one I like the most. I am not going to cut anything out but follow a very similar diet plan to Slimming World I have done this before going to meetings etc but this time I am doing it from home. I have a friend and we are going to go walking with our dogs and Baba daily so that we all get some fresh air and do some exercise. My first plan of action is just to move more!

    Well done sweetheart! Good for you for posting it out there. You and me together – there’s not a lot between our weights.

    Is march a little bit too soon? I would like to get to a comfportable 14 by then as it my birthday and I would like to buy some lovely summer wear. I would like to get to a 10 by next year! Good luck Im sure you will do really well it looks like you have the excercise bit all organised!
