2 weeks and counting #donotfeed

(C) 2010 And Then All I Thought About Was You

So after a successful week of doing my exercise, taking the dog out for hour-long walks every day and then coming home and going on the Wii fit, and trying not to eat too much crap. The second week was an absolute disaster.

Baba was ill, I was ill, Mr L was ill. If I could be bothered to eat, it consisted of take aways, or chocolate or biscuits as I could not be bothered to actual stand there and make something as we all just felt too rough. I have lived off lucozade and other fizzy drinks for a week as it is the only thing that seems to suppress my cough at the moment.

Exercise has been a non starter this week. If I have managed to get dressed it is a miracle, to get myself and Baba dressed is even more of a miracle, once that is done the daily grind of giving Baba his nebulizer and other meds four times a day has taken over the actual act of exercising.

So all in all nothing has been done at all.

So I am impressed that I have remained virtually the same. I have put on something but it is less than a pound. So I am impressed with that.

I will try to be better next week, we are all coming out of this illness now, so hopefully I shall be able to do a bit of dog walking again.

So until next week. Wish me luck!

I may even write a little diary next week!

We’ve had a week of it haven’t we?

    Nest week.

    Next week is the week

A diary works brilliantly for me, I just have to fight off the boredom of recording everything I eat!

    A diary it is.

Starting Sunday (well there IS rugby on today….!)

Oh how I adore Lucozade, but it is a banned substance in this house as I would drink it all. When you have illness in the house something has to give. I hope next week is better. when do the nebs stop?
